Function Notice: Functions related to device addition and device connection are not currently available in this Application. The provisions in this Privacy Policy concerning the collection and use of information for smart devices describe the data processing rules that will apply once such device features are launched. Until the official launch of these features, the App will not collect or read any relevant device information. We will notify you separately when device functions become available.
GROWNSY INTERNATIONAL LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) understand the importance of your privacy and respect your privacy. This Grownsy App Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we may collect, store, use, or share personal information when you interact with us.
This Policy applies to the Grownsy App and the devices and extensions provided by us. If a specific product or service is subject to a separate privacy policy or user service agreement, that product or service’s privacy policy or user service agreement will prevail. If the privacy policy or user service agreement for a particular product or service does not address a specific matter, this Policy will apply. If our affiliates use products or services provided by us in their products or services and have not established a separate privacy policy, this Policy will also apply to such products or services. Unless otherwise agreed, terms used in this Policy have the same meanings as those defined in the User Service Agreement.
Please note that this Policy does not apply to information collected through other means, such as offline channels or any other websites operated by us or any third party. In addition, any third-party applications or content, including advertisements, that may link to or be accessible from this website are not covered by this Policy. This Policy is not intended to supersede any contractual terms between you and us, nor is it intended to replace any rights you may have under other applicable data privacy laws. Please familiarize yourself with our privacy practices. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at service@grownsy.com.
To provide the core smart hardware service functions of the App, the App integrates the Tuya SDK, which is used to enable core capabilities such as Bluetooth-to-Wi-Fi device provisioning, smart device connectivity, device status management, and device sharing. This SDK is a necessary third-party service tool for the App. Before you agree to this Policy, we will not initialize or invoke the SDK to obtain any user information.

Personal information means various types of information recorded electronically or by other means that relate to an identified or identifiable natural person. It does not include information that has been anonymized. Please note that the definition of “personal information” (or “personal data” or similar terms) may vary by country or region. Please refer to the applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information in your jurisdiction.
You may directly provide information to us in the following circumstances:
When you create or log in to an account, we collect your username, password, or email address, as well as your language and time zone settings. This information is used for account creation, identity verification, and security management.
When adding a device through Bluetooth pairing, Wi-Fi pairing, or manual setup, you may provide a device name or nickname to help identify and manage your device.
When you submit feedback, you may provide the type of issue, a description, images of the issue, and your contact information (email address). We will also collect the model of the mobile phone, operating system version, network status, App version, and App language at the time the issue is submitted, so that we can troubleshoot the issue and respond to you.
Profile Updates: When you change your profile picture, we do not upload it to or store it in the cloud. When you change your nickname, we will store the updated information.
Device Sharing: When you share a device, we collect the recipient’s account information (email address) to enable device sharing.
When you share a device with another user, you need to provide the recipient’s account information, such as the email address they used to register their account, so that we can identify the recipient and enable access permissions. We will process this information solely for the purposes of verifying the recipient’s account and granting access to the device.
The Grownsy App supports users in manually activating the Siri voice assistant or Google Assistant built into their device to indirectly control smart devices linked to the Grownsy App through voice commands. (This feature is available only in regions where Google Assistant is supported.)
The Grownsy App does not actively access your device’s microphone and does not collect, receive, store, or upload any of your voice audio data. Voice recording, voice recognition, and semantic processing are performed entirely by Apple’s iOS system and Siri or by Google Assistant. Whether you enable or use Siri or Google Assistant, and whether you grant microphone permission, are controlled by you through your mobile device’s system settings.
The rules governing the collection and processing of voice information by Siri or Google Assistant are subject to Apple’s or Google’s official privacy policies and are unrelated to our App. You may disable microphone permissions, disable Siri or Google Assistant, or disable their ability to interact with this App at any time. Doing so will not affect the normal use of the App’s other basic functions.
(This feature will be supported after it is launched.)
When you set up your maternal information, we will collect the height and weight data that you voluntarily record. The App supports statistical analysis of weight data on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
When you set reminders, the reminders you create will be synchronized with your phone’s calendar so that they can be displayed and used for reminders in the calendar. However, reminder information that you create in your calendar will not be synchronized to the Grownsy App.
When you set up your baby’s information, we will collect the baby’s nickname, sex, date of birth, height, weight, head circumference, and allergen information that you voluntarily enter.
The baby’s height, weight, and head circumference that you enter will be displayed chronologically in the baby’s growth log. The App will also compare the baby’s height, weight, and head circumference with WHO growth charts and predict future growth trends.
When you manually enter the baby’s medical visit records, we will store the baby’s medical information so that you can view it later. The App will also automatically select the vaccines that the baby may need based on your region. Such vaccine information is provided for reference only. The specific vaccines that your baby needs should be determined by your local healthcare provider or hospital.
When you manually record the baby’s care information, including feeding, sleep, and diaper-changing information, we will collect the relevant data and use it to provide weekly, monthly, and yearly statistical analysis of the baby’s data.
To provide Bluetooth-to-Wi-Fi provisioning and device control services, the Tuya SDK automatically collects the device’s unique identifier, MAC address, IP address, Wi-Fi connection information, firmware version, and device type.
We collect device operating status, activity logs, error codes, crash logs, and performance metrics for troubleshooting, maintenance, and service optimization.
We collect records of the features you use, user interface interactions, and in-app event logs to analyze service performance and improve the App’s design.
If you enable location services, we will collect your precise or approximate location to support relevant features.
We collect your mobile device model, operating system version, App version, network connection type, and signal strength to ensure compatibility and optimize performance.
If another user shares a device with you, we will receive from that user the information necessary to enable your access to the shared device, which may include: device identifiers (such as the device serial number and MAC address), device name or nickname, sharing settings and permissions (such as control or viewing permissions), and the sharing initiator’s account identifier used for verification purposes (such as a masked email address).
We process this information solely to enable the shared device functionality in your account and to manage permissions in accordance with the sharing settings defined by the sharing initiator. We will not use this information for unrelated purposes. You may revoke shared access at any time through the App settings. Once revoked, the corresponding data will no longer be accessible through your account.
We may receive technical data or diagnostic reports from cloud service providers, analytics providers, or other authorized partners to improve device connectivity, performance, and support.
We may disclose or share your information with third-party service providers that support the provision of our products and services. These may include third-party professional service providers that process your personal information on our behalf, cloud hosting providers, and customer service providers. We will only share the personal information necessary to provide our products and services.
We will also enter into strict confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy, and any other applicable confidentiality and security measures. Where your data is shared based on your consent, you have the right to refuse to consent to the sharing of your personal information with third parties.
Please note that if you refuse to consent to the sharing of information with third parties, you may be unable to use certain corresponding features.
We will never sell, rent, or trade any of your personal information or sensitive health information, and we do not engage in any sale of data.

At the same time, we will proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required and fulfill other obligations prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
